    In Power Physical Therapy & Performance is looking for a motivated, people-focused Part-Time Administrative Assistant / Physical Therapy Technician to join our team. This hybrid role supports both the front office and the clinical team, making it a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, staying active, and working directly with people.

    You’ll help keep the clinic running smoothly while gaining hands-on experience in healthcare administration, patient care support, EMR systems, and insurance processes.

    What You’ll Do

    • Greet and assist patients in person, by phone, and via email

    • Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendars

    • Support daily front-office operations and documentation

    • Assist physical therapists during treatment sessions

    • Prepare treatment areas and equipment

    • Learn and work within EMR systems

    • Help with insurance-related tasks and clinic workflows

    • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment

    What We’re Looking For

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Excellent customer service and professionalism

    • Willingness to learn both administrative and clinical responsibilities

    • Ability to stay organized and multitask

    • Comfortable working in a part-time role

    • Interest in healthcare, fitness, or rehabilitation is a plus

    • Experience as a PT tech or admin assistant is helpful but not required
