FOUNDATIONS BOOTCAMP

Welcome to Foundations Bootcamp!

Foundations Bootcamp is an 8 week program designed for people who are new to lifting, unsure where to start in the gym, or looking to build confidence with expert guidance.

Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn foundational movement patterns like squatting, deadlifting, and pressing while building strength in a supportive environment led by Dr. Evan Jones, PT, DPT, Cert-CMFA, CF-L2.

Program Details:

• Dates: June 29, 2026 through August 21, 2026
• Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM
• Duration: 8 Weeks
• Cost: $350 per person
